Winchester Registered Business Address

Once you’ve purchased one of our Registered Business Addresses, you will obtain the legal right to use our office address as your Registered Office Address at Companies House. We've answered some of our most common FAQ's below, but if you would like any further information please do get in touch.

How much does it cost?

The cost is £59.00 + VAT per year, you can purchase the Registered Business Addresses for our Winchester office right here on this website.

Where can I use your address?

Once you have purchased one of our Registered Office Addresses, you will legally be allowed to use our address as your Registered Office Address at Companies House. If you are a new company you can use this address to form your company, or if you are an existing company, you can update Companies House with the new address. This will become the formal address of the company and HMRC and Companies House will send letters to this address.

What happens to correspondence?

Companies House and HMRC will  send you correspondence to the Registered Office address, we then forward these letters on to you via email. If you would like to receive these forwarded letters, you will need to purchase the yearly MAIL FORWARDING ADD-ON.

What will I be notified of?

We will email letters from Companies House and HMRC that we receive to you within 3 working days. This will be to your registered email address, so please make sure you have access to this email, and you whitelist our email accounts to ensure you don't miss any correspondence. If you would prefer to receive the letters personally instead of via email, you can purchase the yearly MAIL FORWARDING ADD-ON.

What do I need to register?

Our registration process is quick and easy. You will receive a welcome email after purchase and be invited to upload proof of ID and proof of your residential address. You can then start to use the registered office as soon as your order and ID has been verified.
