Mail Forwarding Add-on (Unlimited Package)

When you purchase one of our addresses, we will scan and email important HMRC and Companies House letters to you.
However, should you wish to receive mail to one of our addresses, you will need our MAIL FORWARDING ADD-ON. This will allow us to forward letters received for your company to your email address. You can also request to have the letters delivered to you personally, see below for charges.
With our UNLIMITED package, these letters and are sent to you within 2 business days of your letters arriving.
Price excludes VAT which will be added at the checkout stage.
THE COST FOR THIS SERVICE IS FROM £19.00 FOR ONE YEAR + 50P PER LETTER AND THE PREVAILING DELIVERY COST OF EACH ITEM

What does the UNLIMITED package include?
With our UNLIMITED package, your letters are emailed to you within 2 business days of them arriving at our offices. If you require them to be delivered to you and have the hard copy it will cost 50p per letter + the delivery costs.
How much does it cost?
The cost is £79.00 + VAT per year for U.K Mail Forwarding, £89.00 + VAT for European Mail Forwarding or £109.00 + VAT per year for Worldwide Mail Forwarding. It will then cost 50p per letter and then the prevailing delivery cost. You will be invoiced monthly for your delivery charges should we forward any mail to you. Please be aware that international delivery is expensive, so you may wish to stipulate if parcels are included within your requirements.
What if I don't buy this add-on?
We will email you urgent letters from Companies House and HMRC only. Any other postage will be securely shredded if you do not have an active Mail Forwarding Add-on with one of our Address packages.
What do I need to register?
Our registration process is quick and easy. You will receive a welcome email after purchase and be invited to upload proof of ID and proof of your residential address. You can then start to use the Business Address package as soon as your order and ID has been verified.
