Our TOTAL ADDRESS package includes:

• Perfect if you already have a company formed, or wish to re-new your address with us.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost is £179.00 + VAT as a subscription purchase, which renews each year.

WHERE CAN I USE YOUR ADDRESS?

Once you have purchased one of our packages, it will include access to an address of your choice. This address can be used as your Registered Business Address, Directors Address and more. If you are a new company you can use this address to form your company. This will become the formal address of the company and HMRC and Companies House will send letters to this address. After the 1 year elapses, you can renew your address.

WHAT HAPPENS TO CORRESPONDENCE?

Companies House and HMRC will send you correspondence to the Registered Office address, we then forward these letters on to you via email. You will also have included for 1 year our Mail Forwarding Add-on. You will need to pay 50p per letter + postage cost to receive letters, and this is invoiced to your every month. You can let us know if you don't want us to send your letters.

WHAT WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF?

We will email letters from Companies House and HMRC that we receive to you within 3 working days. This will be to your registered email address, so please make sure you have access to this email, and you whitelist our email accounts to ensure you don't miss any correspondence.

WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

Our registration process is quick and easy. You will receive a welcome email after the purchase and be invited to upload proof of ID and proof of your residential address. You can then start to use the registered office as soon as your order and ID have been verified.
